    hotel itself is good. evrth necessary was in a room
    1. terminal for payment by cards is not valid. i could not carry out the payment for two days. 2. WI-FI is valid only for 24 hours and then you have to log in again and its not convenient. and it works mostly in a room. very weak outside the room. 3. personel for room keeping is ringing at door very often asking if they need to clean a room. its bothering.

    Nice hotel, comfortable and clean rooms, good food What makes a big difference is the staff, they are extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make you feel at home. Notably, Mr Hari from the restaurant (Citrus and Crest) is very engaging, making food suggestions and great service. Mr Ajay Kumar and Mr Gaurav Singh from housekeeping team very thorough and always available to help
    Location - is a bit off. But taxi and auto services are easily available.
