Poor

No maintenance at night, stuck without working toilet

Fully stocked kitchen and clean rooms. The area has many supermarkets. The front desk staff were nice and friendly. It is very easy to go anywhere with Bus or Tube.

They didnt have any maintenance service at night. Our toilet was not working and we had to wait until 9:30am the next day before it was fixed. During the night we could not contact the emergency service. The reservations team tried to help us with an alternative room but the security team could not provide us with the right keys. So we basically got no sleep and could not use the toilet the whole night. And they also ignored our request to refund us any money for that one night (225 per night). I would advise booking a place with 24/7 reception and maintenance.

Interesting area, helpful staff.

The people on the reception desk during my stay were helpful, good-humoured and patient with me.

I was a bit nervous about the glass-topped table in the living room so I put some newspaper on it so I could see it!

The flat was right next to the lift which went up and down all night. No sound insulation. Did not sleep a wink

Very good

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and is definitely better if not comparable to nearby hotels!

The customer service was superb. The facilities also greatly exceeded many of the nearby hotels. The size of the apartment was also great.

Good

Quiet area with a few good places to eat. Felt safe when walking in the night. The place was very clean. The place is about 20 min from King Cross & Euston Stations.

Had to figure out how to make the heater work throughout the night. We used the Northern Line more than Piccadilly Line, so we had to walk a little more to King Cross Station. One of the rooms was too small to open up our luggage, so we had to leave them in the living area.

If youre not needing the sofa bed its a spacious well equipped apartment that is in need of carpet and sofa deep clean

Great location. Easy to access and amenities close by. Spacious and had everything we needed inside.

The carpets and sofa need a deep clean. They were very stained. En-suite tap didnt work at all. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable as you could feel the springs. The children chose to sleep on the floor instead.
