good place, family friendly, great restaurant, restaurant waiter let it down

Rooms were great, The hotel staff were amazing. lost of activities to do, giant chess, and pool close to the beach breakfast was great restaurant food was great.

restaurants wait staff weren't as attentive as they could have been. complimentary sweets and biscuits were a nice touch but needs an allergen warning or ingredients label.

The beach is very pristine, especially in the mornings - no crowd, no dirt anywhere Staff is very courteous, especially Isha at the check-in counter was very helpful in making changes to booking and accommodating our requests

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay! Great property for travel with kiddos

The property is a little old and rooms a little outdated. However their winning points are their staff, service and location. What you miss in terms of luxurious room, you get more out of the location and the sprawling property greens outside the room. The beach adjacent to the property is pristine with clean sand. Fairly good for families as its not crowded. Ill come back again to this property mostly because of one reason - their service manager Isha. She was highly professional, extremely diligent and made us feel like home. All our requests were catered to in the most time efficient manner. She made the stay extra special by looking up my birthday on the ID and getting us a cake and a fun decoration in the room - which my toddler thoroughly enjoyed. She was an efficient leader for their staff crew with impeccable hospitality skills!
