Superb

Really loved the apartment, it was super clean and super duper spacious!

The location was lovely and the apartment was HUGE! We also could see the Shard from our window yay

Not the properties fault but the next building was having work done in the morning but if youre up by 8:30am ish youre fine

The room was really nice, big, clean, the view from the window was great! The reception was there 24h, we could leave our luggage for free before and after our check in and check out!

Great experience!

I love the Aparthotel brand because it provides the feeling of "home" away from home. The room was beautiful and serene. Very spacious and neat as well.

I didn't like that my room had a telly that wasn't a smart TV... I mean, how is that even possible in this digital era? Quite disappointing.

Really good location

The staff woke us up twice (after midnight) because they wanted to confirm my name even though they scanned my passport before. We couldn't relax because we were afraid that it might happen at any time again. They also gave our room to another person during our stay, if we didn't lock our doors the stranger would just come in!

Stayed in 503 great location, facilities in the apartment were great but the bed was very uncomfortable and the lights f

It was in a good location to fenchurch street

The lights kept flickering and I suffer from migraines so that didnt help. The bed was more like a camp bed and the pillows, even though there were extras, they were very thin

best choice in the city

very wide room, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, comfortable armchair. Location is great, two min walking from the Tower and of course, from the metro station. Very helpful staff. Great value for money.

The room has no view, my window was on a very narrow back street, but, well you are right into the great London, at a very reasonable price.

Room was nicely laid out and a decent size. Quite modern.

Staff on reception weren't the most welcoming. Late check in time of 3pm and early check out of 10am didn't seem reasonable - also with no flexibility. Bed had a wet patch, however we checked in that late we needed sleep so just had to put up with it and hope it wasnt what we thought it was!

Great stay, comfortable and has all the mod cons

Friendly and helpful staff on reception, got my invoice ready and waiting for me on checkout. Room was lovely and big and had great facilities, ot would be ideal for longer stays too. Walking distance to Tower Bridge and the City.

Door to the get to the lifts is hard to navigate with baggage.
