The room was lovely with a great view to match. The lounge was really nice as well

It was great.

5 th floor lounge was great, also the staff and the room were very nice! It was also really nice and kind that we got one extra hour to stay at the hotel before cheking out.

The hotel room kitchen could be a little bit more well equipped (for example there was no oven mittens/pot holders even though there was an oven, and also no covers that you can put under the hot pan when putting it to a table) . And also there was some problems quite often with the coffee and drink machines in the fifth floor.

A great find, lovely aparthotel with a luxury feel and affordable price.

Beautiful reception area, warm and welcoming. Lovely skyline studio, modern and comfortable perfect for our stay.

I would say the lighting in the room was quite dim for getting ready to go out, otherwise everything was perfect.

The lock in the room did not work. Every time you entered your room you had to go down to the reception for the hostess to open the room. And its unclear how her card worked, but others, according to her, didnt. They did not change the number, although there were free rooms. In other hotels, in such cases they upgrade the room level and provide another room if there is no equivalent one. Otherwise a good hotel for the money.

- modern appart hotel - very clean - new equipment in the gym - free drinks on 5th floor - close to metro station - spacious studio

- long wait for the lifts (not enough), ask to be on lower floor so that you can take the stairs

Our room looked nothing like the pictures and was a little run down. Booking.com offered a free upgrade to an apartment but the apartment was tiny and nothing like the pictures

- No vegan options at breakfast - No hot food - Room was nothing like the picture in my booking - Shower didnt work properly, no pressure - Staff in the lounge area were quite rude

An ideal City Stay with easy access to all the wonders of London.

The location was perfect for us - close to coffee shops and restaurants, close to an accessible tube station, close to good running paths and parks, and the room was well appointed. The first apartment with microwave in which we have found a microwave safe bowl to use! Top marks.

It needs a second chair for use of the kitchen facilities and it was difficult to access a power plug near a mirror for hair drying. Some instruction on use of the sound bar on the tv and how to use the tv would be useful.
