Never again!

Location was alright!

Check-ins take forever! It took close to 45 minutes to check in.. as rooms were not available, we came back in a few hours. Again went through the check in process, for 45 minutes. Rooms needed to be together as we are family of 7 with 2 kids.. although on the same floor they were too apart! Kids in separate room! Secondly, we headed to the restaurant for an Evening coffee.. it took 40 Minutes of wait time only to not serve us again! Final nail was No outside food policy, which we were not advised while checkin. We ordered from Swiggy as we arrived late night and kids wanted to eat mc Donalds. The staff didnt let us take the food inside.. we sat in the dark on some dusty staircase in front of an abandoned shop (pics attached), along with mosquitoes bitting me and kids! The staff were allowing all customers with outside food and drinks, especially white guests, and as long as they were not delivered by swiggy / third party vendors! Rules are there to be followed and I agree with this, but there are always exceptions! I thought we would get at least this due to horrendous experiences we have had! Unfortunately Will never be visiting or recommending this hotel.

Radisson Blu hotels are supposed to be the elite hotel of the brand. This location absolutely does not meet the expecte

Business class suite was spacious. Room service delivery was prompt and staff were friendly. Front door staff very friendly and welcoming.

I arrived a day late because of a flight delay and subsequent cancellation, despite charging me for the night I missed, my room was not ready when I arrived because they had rented it out to someone else. So they got two nights payment for one room and I was left to wait in the lobby for a room I was already paying for. When I suggested I should not be charged for the room because they rented it out to someone else I was told by the front desk staff that it doesnt work like that. When I did get my room it smelled of mould, almost like there was mould in the air conditioning. Desk drawer was full of dust and hair which is gross. Breakfast quality was mediocre, breads and baked good were not fresh and as hard as the table. I was never greeted by staff or offered coffee during any of my breakfast meals. The worst part of my experience was dealing with front desk staff, they were rude, abrupt and not at all helpful. Even on checkout at 5am on my day of departure the front desk staff seemed unhappy that I was bothering them.

A blemish on Radisson brand - not worth your money

They upgraded my room when I asked them to cancel my booking and refund my amount.

This hotel definitely doesn't feel like a radisson the moment you step in. It was an average 2 star hotel acquired by Radisson and upgraded poorly. The staff is not courteous at all. The rooms are horrible. I booked a standard room for my one night stay at kochi. The room was cramped like anything. The TV was adjusted in a corner somehow just above the minibar by the bathroom door (I wish I could take a picture). How are you supposed to watch that TV - I don't know. The moment I stepped in the room I had this horrible feeling that I can't stay in this room even for one night. I really hope they upgrade their rooms and infra overall. At least put the TVs in front of the bed :)

Not value for money

The housekeeping response was slow or absent. Lifts were overcrowded, especially during the morning hours. Finally, we used the stairs. The room supplies were so limited, and no response from housekeeping despite multiple reminders.
