Medium budget hotel with direct sea view !

Location is nice , direct access to beach within hotel internal gate. Staff was very helpful. Privacy and security was there. Rooms was very big then expected. It was really nice actually. Proper clean and hygienic rooms. Lowest cost rooms are at back side of hotel. for sea view you have to pay 1k/night extra. Quite open space inside hotel. Inside room there is fridge ,AC, pair of chairs , 1master bed , 1 small bed n one cupboard. We enjoyed our stay.

Nothing. Everything is below standard. Their photos and claim about locarion is also a lie. They are not on Calangute. Third class place.

Rooms are pathetic. Furniture is old and dirty. Bed covers very dirty. Staff not polite at all. Very unprofessional. They do not have 24 X 7 reception. The person named Irfan sits at the reception is very dirty and talks very rudely. The hotel has NO parking. One has to park outside. The approach road is very narrow for almost 300 metres. Huge trouble to go to the hotel by car. Hotel environment is dirty. Walls are dirty. Hotel restaurant is the worst. They also try to cheat guests by telling to cancel the reservation of booking.com and pay directly to the hotel so that they can cheat the government by not paying taxes. Wifi does not work. The beach behind the hotel is a very dangerous beach where the life guards dont allow anybody to even touch the waters. They are not at all on calangute beach.

Rooms are not so good.They should work on the interior.Hot water was coming from each and every tap even from the jet spray.

Hotel is around 1 km from main road. Tough to manage without vehicle. Breakfast is very limited.

Room what we got had no working shower. Fan was not working. No night lamp. No Toilet ventilation, and has opening towards bedroom. Anybody uses toilet, whole rooms smells like toilet. When we complained this to property manager he was so rude. Made us pay extra to change the room for the next day. It was a bad experience Not recommended for anyone

Fantastic property with Exceptional Service and best location by the beach...

I was lucky to find this property in last minute. This is an exceptional property which made my holiday memorable. Here are the main reasons 1. The location is just perfect. Right at the beach and located at the cleaner & calmer part of Calangute (away from other crowded place). 2. The Service is exceptional & consistent across all dept/ staff. All the staff are professional & very well Trained. Like a 5 star property 3. The property has very elegant & classy feel with white & blue tones and will remind you of Greece / Santorini.. 4. Clean & large rooms with view to ocean (higher category) with all facilities you may need on a holiday. 5. Food is good and priced fairly. 6. Its a large property but they haven't crowded it by putting too many rooms / villa's. They have spaced it well to give each guest privacy and created a beautiful open garden space. The crowning glory is the Exceptional Service across all staff - Pradhan (kitchen supervisor), Jitendar (guest care taker) and the staff at the reception, room service etc.. they all serve with a smile and very polite & competent. This is a reflection of how well the Management is under the Leadership of SAM (Property manager). He is very competent & provides personalised service to all guests and their special needs. The staff seem very happy under his leadership....Hats Off!!! If you happen to visit North Goa, then this place should be your Top Choice...

The view was fantastic , the manager was very accomodating, Kettle and milk powder and tea bags were there we can make our own tea , Housekeeping is done everyday ,Staff were veryhelpful helped me to o land a scooty at a fair price even in peak season thanks anwar

There is no T.V , Breakfast spread could have been better ,i expected bit more from the Breakfast .

Great view and location. Rooms need improvement

Location was great. right next to beach. We had booked beach view room so really the view was beautiful and peaceful. They had provided balcony beach bed for enjoying sea view. Property was nice with traditional goan touch. On the beach you find multiple shacks which gives plenty of food options. We also tried lunch here in Qees which was priced on higher side but taste was delicious. Quantity would suffice 3-4 people. Good parking space.

Comparing to exterior of property and view, the room interiors are not very well maintained. Wooden chairs, side tables were worn out. Fridge were not very clean. We could find many small insects in room. So room interiors were not satisfactory.
