Good lush green and spacious resort with below average buffets

The resort is beautiful and very well maintained and rooms are good and spacious. Lots of greenery, well planned layout and facilities. The facilities provided by the resort such as the parking area, swimming pool, open area, and the kids play area were very well maintained and due to Christmas and New year week the resort was very well lit and decorated The ala-carte lunch was good and the breakfast buffet was decent considering the premium price point. The dinner buffet was a complete let down and I would not recommend going for a dinner buffet. The room service was good and they serve baby food and milk twice complimentary. For us, dinner was a major let down, breakfast was decent enough but apart from food, the staff and facilities were good.

The dinner buffet service was way below par and is not expected at such a premium price point. The dinner buffet counter was mostly empty and was not at all refilled. We came around 8:30 PM and to a surprise salad section was mostly empty with no refill service. The food was cold and not up to the mark. Only soup was good. The service staff was also non responsive and required escalation to the restaurant manager and even then the service was not up to the mark. We tried reaching out thrice for a glass of hot water but to no avail and had to escalate for basic services and food. My kids like noodles and pastas and both the options were there in the buffet but with no taste. We escalated to the manager and the noodles were prepared and provided separately but again those were not edible and loaded with red chillis and after such a service experience, we decided to leave. If you are looking for coffee, levista cafe is nearby which has much better options and for food, kaveri nisargdham nearby has multiple options. For us, considering the price point and the quality of food, overall the place is not worth it. It is good for families with kids if staying in a resort to enjoy facilities but avoid buffet service

Nice experience which changed our mood & gave mental relaxation.

1) Cleanliness, hygiene, ambience was too good. Facilities are excellent! 2) Silence is a positive point. 3) Umbrella facility.

1) Cupboard is not provided in room for keeping clothes and items. 2) Lighting should be much more bright in room as well as in certain locations of the resort including around the swimming area.It is too dim & dark. 3) Free pick up and drop facility should be provided from Manglore airport.

Very good

The location is strategic as most of the tourist places are easily reachable. Staff is very friendly and prompt to service. Hotel is clean with lots of playing activity. Well maintained swimming pool.

The rooms were super spacious, the extra beds we requested were ready in no time and the swimming pool was clean and lovely. The breakfast spread was also good.

The entire breakfast spread was not ready at 7:30 am which they informed was the breakfast start time. It still wasn't ready by the time we finished having our breakfast with available spread. This needs tk be improved upon for guests who would like an early checko
