Superb

We'll be back.

It's a small, European-feeling hotel (as opposed to a big chain hotel). The staff is friendly and helpful, and there's a nice French restaurant downstairs. The bonus for us is that it's a short walk to the people we were there to visit.

The shower door was a little leaky and the thermostat was inscrutable, but the friendly staff came to the rescue quickly and the problems went away.

Staff were very courteous and helpful including getting us a taxi at 5 in the morning to attend the birth of our granddaughter.

Super convenient location!

The location was fantastic, with the T station across the road and just one stop from Harvard and five stops from Boston Common. There are cafes and a supermarket nearby too. The room was spacious, which was great!

It was a little strange that rooms arent serviced unless requested, but that was OK.

Decent but not very affordable

I actually think the room/suite was small for the price I paid. Also, I wish there was a gym. Also, I think the front staff could have been more helpful to tourists by mentioning what is around the hotel and also about the facilities and amenities in the hotel. I thought there would be a gym.
