Very good

Room space is big and balcony

cockroaches when comes out of the lift. Have to take lifts to the beach or many stairs. Food service is slow but food is good.

Nice view but a bit dated

Beachfront view was very impressive. Room was clean, bed was comfy, bathroom was spacious.

The hotel was quite dated, less maintenanced as it was from my recent trip before COVID. The pool was not suitable for swimming.

Very enjoyable. Breakfasts are super good. Not much choice for lunch and dinners.

Location, privacy, ambience and courteous staff

Slightly old look of the rooms. Limited food choice in the only restaurant. No vegetarian options available.Second restaurant is closed for maintenace.

Fraud management, not a 5 star, they steal your money

Fraud management, not a 5 star hotel, advertising as 5 star hotel. Booked for 4 days by seeing 5 star rating on booking.com, after check in, found no 5 star facilities, so cancelled the booking next day. They promised that credit charge took for 4 days for extra person will be refunded in 3 weeks, still no refund received and no response from hotel management. Be aware of this property, fraud management.

The cost of the 4 day stay was not a large amount but in this situation was not really worth it.

The atmosphere of the resort was nice. There was a private beach and the food was pretty good. The staff was really friendly.

Unfortunately there was many issues with our stay and we were a bit disappointed. There was no hot water when we arrived and it took several hours after we called for them to come and fix it. I even had to call them back to get someone to help. The air conditioning was always on even when we shut the power off. It was very cold in the room. The Wi-Fi code needed to be entered each time my phone went to sleep. It was extremely annoying and difficult to use the internet. The swimming pool looked very dirty because the floor was not a typical pool. I am sure it was fine but just not what you want to see. The bartenders were not very attentive and friendly. The beach needed a good cleaning. A lot of trash that could easily be removed.

Bathroom stinks of sewage. Everything in the room is old and dirty. Sunbeds dont have beds on it, just the frames are there. Location is far from the centre. Not worth the price!

The hotel itself needs renovation as nothings working in the rooms, TV wasn't working properly, we hardly had hot water coming in and they used to fix it every single day but unfortunately didn't work, my room was flooded with water not aware where the water came from. It's was hard to communicate with some of the staffs who barely understood. I believe the management should do something about it and booking.com before promoting these premises to visitors regarding the hotel. Loved the private beach though. They were other guests from States who were complaint about the rooms as well. They were no compensation as we had to change rooms every now and then with the issues we had. The manager wasn't helpful at all. Have no faith with booking.com anymore. I guess it's better to book directly with the premises. Hope this matter would be taken into consideration.
