Very good

Quite but central location. The big comfortable room. Excellent breakfast.

There was no king/double bed available. They told that we had to book 2 months in advance for a king bed (?!)

Well located hotel with very spacious rooms

We spent a couple of nights in this hotel while on an extended holiday in Thailand. Location is great, cleanliness excellent and the staff, although we had very little interraction with them, have been helpful. There is an Amazon Cafe within the hotel compounds that serve good and affordable coffee.

Internet connection is dreadful - I could not get into email accounts, etc. which was less than ideal since I run a business and have to be contacted at all times. Since there is a balcony, they could have some seating area in the balcony

For the price, the hotel is passable.

Breakfast

The Wi-Fi connection is too slow, the shampoo/body wash is inconvenient to use, the hairdryer is quite weak in power, and Im not very fond of the showerhead design.

Please book this hotel at your own risk and book if you dont want to sleep

The property is an excellent location close to the beach and other attractions are a brisk walk away Breakfast is nice and up to the mark.

The property is also located to a very noisy club street and go-go bars and its impossible to sleep till 3am if you are facing that section and I was facing that section Front desk staff is rude and I had to call the manager to resolve my issues. Rooms are not cleaned and if you ask for a change of towel the staff follows you to the room.

Location, breakfast, room, facilities. All just amazing (!)

I didnt like the reception girls (not all of them) but several who couldnt speak English! Even simple words and sentences they could not understand! This for sure has to be improved! All other things were perfect! In general, the staff of the hotel is very nice and polite !
