Disappointing

Dirty room, bed not made up for children, no towels for children and only offer is to have 30% off a future booking!

Good location

Room was dirty, very limited view of city, no towels, no remote control for TV! Wont give us even a partial refund for the state of the room or all the hassle and time during our stay trying to sort it out! Second visit to this hotel! Wont be back and will advise others not to go back either!

Excellent experience at this property , totally recommend.

Location is perfect. Staff very helpful and friendly.

We couldnt check in on line. The link was not responded. Our room had no small size towels for the first day.

We gave a score of 8 which require some improvement, by some of the staff.

The staff were polite and friendly

The In-room dining could have been more accommodating.Our Requested breakfast was always wrong. Nayara,and Raghad were very pleasant. Adriana was delightful and always rectified our In-room meals. Housekeeping staff needs to pay more attention to details.However We would stay again.

Overall a good experience but check in could be sharpened up

Great location and all of the staff were super helpful

The procedure for check in was chaotic and inefficient. Waiting in a line for 20 mins and only two people ahead of us. It wasnt obvious until after we had checked in it could be done digitally. There was also a large queue for breakfast. Although this went relatively quickly.
