Convenient, great location, just for sleeping.

Location, Jordan station on the entrance of the building, convenience. Hong Kong is expensive so this room is small for its price in another city, but not in Hong Kong, so the value is fine.

The place was clean and tranquil. The rooms are snug (as expected in Hong Kong), but it adds to the charm.

Old building but this is minor and it didnt bothered me. Cause the facility works well.

Location: Jordan MTR station just 3 steps outside of the building. 711 and Circle K stores around the hotel. A lot of restos near the building, e.g. mcdo, bread talk, toast box, starbucks, noodle and dimsum restos, local restos. Temple night market is very near. Safety: Our rooms have electronic keys and there is a separate door to the location of the rooms. Since we occupied 3 triple rooms in that area, it seemed that the whole area is ours. Rooms: Big enough rooms and bathroom. We got 3 triple rooms where 2 adults stayed in each. Luggages can still fit inside, storage is also provided under the beds. Cleanliness: Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Tissues provided, get on your own from the storage in the hallway. Staff/Owners: Friendly and accommodating owners/staff. They were very kind to store our 8 luggages after we checked out since our flight was still in the evening and allowed us to stay in their area while we wait for the van. Others: Large smart tv, water dispenser in the hallway, microwave/ref/tables/chairs/glasses provided.

Fantastic budget hotel in the middle of kowloon

I am traveller which uses hotels to sleep. This place is a perfect fit for my requirements, clean room, separate shower. No frills. It includes wifi and it is located right in the centrer of Kowloon (in walking distance of Temple Street Night Market). How much better should it get ?

The elevators can take a while when stopping at each floor

Would stay here again

The location is excellent. It's right beside the Jordan MTR station, and the cleanliness is superb. It's ideal for solo travelers and those who visit Hong Kong on a budget. Also, Mrs. Ling is such a sweet and nice lady.
