Bad stay bad choice

The only good point was it was close to Juhu beach.

The rooms were not ready during check in they took 1:30 hours Restaurants was ok and staff were not quick. Swimming pool was pathetic, crow and pigeon enjoyed bathing. It was costly and service provided were not upto the mark. We regret booking there as it was a very bad experience.

Quiet location.

Restaurant. Staff were generally miserable. Food came too slowly . Room cleaning was hit and miss . Especially water and toilet paper. Cupboards in room shut noisily.

I enjoyed eating at the Bageecham restaurant and the pool side ambiance. The food is very expensive in all restaurants.

Very expensive for what you get. Early checkin could not be arranged when I arrived with my children, we arrived at 5h30am... Very tired and uncomfortable wait for our room, my children slept in lobby. We could not go sightseeing outside as everything was closed that early. Bathrooms in lobby and rooms are not clean...I had to show the housekeeping that sweeping was needed in my bathroom. The general cleanliness is an issue in the hotel. Restaurants at hotel are very expensive. Location of hotel on the beach, which give you ideas that its luxurious setting, but just outside, the tuk tuk auto drivers are seen sleeping in their vehicles and it's not a clean area I did not enjoy my experience despite booking a very expensive room.
