Beautiful hotel. Would stay again

Beautifully decorated and the detail in everything makes this a hotel worth staying at. Staff were very warm and welcoming to our little ones which you don't always find - so that was a real win for us. Thank you!

Sadly the breakfast let it down for us ( a friend has since said she felt the same when visiting). The portions are small and it just isnt the quality you would expect from this sort of hotel. Toast was so well done and crunchy you couldnt cut into it. Eggs were barely warm and very under seasoned. Sadly very average/poor breakfast.

Nomad is in the heart of buzzing Covent Garden, a feast for the senses

Location is central Covent Gsrden and opposite Thd Royal Opera House Parking was a two minute walk Excellent location and extremely festive Breakfast was excellent Staff were mostly friendly Tommy on Concierge Ricardo on reception and Salma and Marcina ( ?)on the waiting team were all excellent The decor in communal spaces and rooms was Beautifully done, it is dark and moody sensual and luxurious

We had dinner which was excellent however the mains were on a little minimalist Perhaps we shouldve ordered sides, we didnt notice them on the menu but we were talking and attacking the gorgeous cocktails It wouldve been helpful if the server had asked us or suggested side order of vegetables or something else

Very good

Well placed hotel luxury style with nice rooms and great food , the food is very good indeed.

Very convenient for Covent Garden, Theatre Land great bars and restaurants. Tube connections very good .

We had a big issue Sunday morning at breakfast not just us but all residents or people taking breakfast . Lots of complaints by customers including myself on the length of time taking to get served , there seemed to be plenty of staff front of house and the issue could have been kitchen staff or lack off. Having said that when we did get served the food was excellent.

The staff doesnt meet requirements of 5* hotel

The design of the hotel is awesome.

Rooms of the same class are different in size. We had 2 rooms : one of them was tiny:( even no space to open the suitcase Very dark in the lobby, especially in the reception area. -No one greets quests upon arrival. There is no name of hotel . - guests should take care of the taxi themselves , staff is not eager to help. They propose to use Uber - one of the rooms was not cleaned for two days. - reception staff is unfriendly. From the very first minute till the last moment:( Demonstrates I dont care attitude in every issue. E.g. My son forgot a vest in the room. It took me much effort and time to convince the reception to check it in the room. Finally it was there..

Fabulous, would definitely come back

We got a gorgeous upgrade into a room that had a bath in the bedroom, was a lovely surprise! The library on the ground floor is so nice and a great place to have a drink and a read.

Nothing it was all lovely, exceeded expectations
