Enjoyed the Moxy. Location was great.

Location was good. Close to Chinatown. Everything was within walking distance unless you really don't like walking. Free drinks vouchers was a bonus. We did not use the facilities much.

The rooms had no storage space. Some night club decided to play on late one night so it was hard to sleep.

pretty damn solid

walking distance from many restaurants/attractions, clean hotel and room, staff was welcoming, easy access, overall exactly what it portrayed itself to be. Also, at the bar they have a grilled cheese sandwich with some pesto sauce in it and that thing is absolutely bonkers.

the remote for the tv had a pretty slow response time, minor picky inconvenience. but also the bar was kinda pricey not gonna lie

Very bad experience!

The location was good and the room was clean.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay at this 4-star hotel, which turned out to be my worst hotel experience. The receptionist at check-in was unwelcoming and discourteous. Despite having paid in full for five nights, I was unexpectedly charged a $400 guarantee, deviating from the typical practice of simply recording credit card details without actual charges. The check-out process was equally disappointing, with the staff member being impolite and dismissive, especially when I sought an explanation for the receipt. Additionally, the hotel imposed a $25 daily fee at the time of reservation, providing a $25 daily coupon for expenses. However, this arrangement offered no refund for unused portions. In comparison to standard hotels where such a fee includes a complete buffet breakfast, here it barely covered a sandwich and coffee. Even spending it at the bar was inefficient, as a cocktail priced between $17-$19 meant the remaining balance was forfeited. Furthermore, I was dismayed to find a post check-out charge of $14 for two bottles of refillable water, an amenity typically complimentary in other 4-star hotels. The absence of a desk and wardrobe in the room further detracted from the overall experience. Given these issues, I am firmly decided against staying at a Moxy hotel in the future!
