Its closeness to the train station

This is not a hotel. It only has a reception desk and a staff. No waiting area nor cafeteria/canteen. No coffee nor tea was provided. City map and other general information was unavailable. With the exception of one personal the rest were impolite and unprofessional as well as very unpleasant and unhelpful.

The location is excellent. There are supermarkets, restaurants, fast food shops, cell phone stores, bakery shops nearby, just 3 mins walk away. Very convenient. MTR stations and bus stops are also nearby, just 3 mins walk away.

The bathroom needs to be renovated. The wear & tear state of it affects the cleanliness.

The room was small but was tidy and clean.

I would like to have a small desk but that was all about it.

Location is very good and close to MTR, bus and tram station Room is clean and tidy. Recently been renovated so the room looks very new and with no smell.
