Great location but overpriced

The location of the property is great. The rooms are good as well. Restaurant staff were very friendly and showed great hospitality.

The amount charged is no where close to the quality of amenities. No proper toiletries or vanity kits were provided. All that they provided was a small (smallest) medimix soap and 2 sachets of clinic plus shampoo. Definitely expected better standards when you are paying 10k for a night! Also no intercom phones in room for all room service orders you need to go to the restaurant yourself and place orders.

Location, Service and Food...

The rooms did have all amenities...but the resort front desk/reception was under some renovation.....It was not any discomfort though.

The whole trip including food, stay, and the whole management was bit disappointing.

I was in love with the property and the staff when I first visited almost 10 years back and always use to stay whenever I went south. The place has lost its charm and character, it felt like some other shack on the beach with horrible crowd. There was bunch a unpleasant and uncivilised group of people who were partying like maniacs and played loud music late till 1 am it was such a put off to the entire trip that I couldnt express . at least the property management could have done something but they did not, and finally we had to move out to dine at nearby restaurant ! The whole trip including food, stay, and the whole management was bit disappointing.

Enjoyed by stay was relaxing and good value.

Great beach & great location at end of beach. I had sea view beach villa , wort the extra $. Room met all needs as stated .Food at service at restaurant was very good and good price. Staff friendly and assisted with all requests.

A number of large bathroom tiles on wall were missing need to be replaced. Possible waterproofing issues .

description of rooms is not given properly, we were informed it was a sea view room however it was a barely any sea view from room when we spoke to staff there they informed us that this is how it is and we cannot post photo of each room separately
