Good location, but over all quality was pretty poor wouldnt choose to come here again for the price

Nice location close to facilities

We were on the bottom floor with an average view of roofs right next to Cali beach bar. When we booked it said we would have a river view. The spa wasnt even heated, the gym smelt soggy and gross. Spend $700 for 2 nights and the place was dirty, hair still in the bathroom crumbs and dirt under the beds.

Great location and friendly staff

The cleanliness of the hotel was not great. Everything felt dirty from the lift, reception area (chairs in the lobby were filthy) and the buffet breakfast spot.

Good location, that's it

Location was the only thing good about this hotel. Near Surfer's Paradise and close to a beach entrance. Not unique though, lots of hotels in the same area.

Rooms weren't clean (cockroaches in the bedroom, black mould in the bathtub/shower). Bathrooms are clearly very old, the shower head was not fixed properly and water pressure was very weak. Service of staff also left something to be desired.

Good

My first stay with my partner was the most relaxing time.

All the furniture was clean and felt so fresh. The view was beautiful to wake up to. We definitely enjoyed watching TV whilst eating. It was a very comfy and relaxing home.

Although we most definitely enjoyed our stay, the doors and walls had some scratches which werent too bad.

Nightmare in paradise

Location

The ceilings were covered in mould both in our room and in the breakfast restaurant. The first room we got was uninhabitable due to the mould and indoor air quality. We got another room once we complained about the first one but that room had the same problems. In addition, the room smelled like cigarettes even though the hotel was supposed to be smoke-free. To top it all off, the floors were filthy so we had to wear slippers inside and the bed linen were dirty. We were left with allergic reactions and all in all it was the worst hotel either of us had ever stayed in.

View is perfect unless the firework is in my side view instead a front view

Disappointing

Wont be back. Reception staff were lovely and very accommodating

Rooms werent cleaned daily. Had to ask for towels on multiple occasions, rundown rooms. Lifts were constantly left with rubbish in them. Balcony door didnt lock shut, which is an issue with children
