Disappointing

Like a tin of beans you know what you'll get.

The room was nice. Reception staff and general friendliness of staff was excellent. Training wasclacking. The pool was good in the main, but lots of things broken. Steam room broken, tiles broken, water features broken.

The restaurant staff were clueless and food was just OK. But over priced for what was given.

Friendly helpful staff. Efficient reception and waiting staff. Proximity to Tallaght Square and public transport.

Although clean and comfortable, some mould (under taps) and staining on bathroom tiles and chips in bath enamel. Television reception sometimes broke down. Nothing major except missed some programmes due to pixelation of screen. Menu, especially dinner, restrictive and repetitive. As a coeliac, I found the choices extremely poor and usually went across to the Square to try obtain something there, I have to admit without much success!

Decent stay at a three star hotel

The rooms were large and felt spacious, with big windows and comfortable beds. There's also a nice little seating area as well as plenty of dresser/counter space. The breakfast buffet is pretty decent with a wide selection of food options (eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, yogurt, cereal, pastries, etc). The bar is hit or miss with drinks - the first day they were good but the same drink two days later was undrinkable.

The bathroom amenities are pretty basic, with just one combo body wash/shampoo product. There was no conditioner, or body lotion. Three family members had rooms and they all had some major differences. Only one had proper lighting - two reading lamps, as well as a table lamp and wall lights. One room was missing the wall lights and our room was missing both the wall lights and one of the bedside reading lamps. It made the room very dark and hard to do anything in, even during the middle of the day. One of the three rooms received a bag of replacement linens, bathroom tissues, etc during the stay (normal cleaning services were suspended over Christmas) but the other two didn't, and even after requesting it from reception it took until the next day to receive it. Both elevators were not working on the day we checked out. At 6am with very large suitcases, it was extremely difficult to haul them down four flights of stairs.

Done its job for what I needed it for, a bed!

Location

Breakfast expensive at 17 euros, no fried eggs. Scrambled egg very watery. Bathroom could have being cleaner. Waiting to check-in, receptionist very busy. Looking for damage deposit!

Lovely place to stay when watching games but only if drinking elsewhere

Loved the cleanliness and check in, also payed for the birthday surprise and it was lovely.

Drink in the bar was very expensive and the Guinness did not taste good.

Well, we're back in January!

The staff, particularly Ciara at the reception were fantastic. It was a lot nicer inside than I expected and the room was much bigger than expected. We booked out next stay while we were there!

The bar staff were young and inexperienced. I understand that there was 2 weddings on but it took 45 minutes for a sex on the beach to be made and it was made wrong twice.
