We had a fabulous holiday at Lux Belle Mare

All the Staff were fabulous without exception. Meals and facilities were all outstanding. Jennifer as customer relations was very helpful to us, thank you so much. We really enjoyed our stay, great beach and pool, we also made good use of the watersports center where the staff were friendly, and equipment was good.

There is a dependency on the Lux mobile App to organise your stay and to book events and make use of the concierge. To enable guests to have a better App experience the hotel internet would benefit from being more reliable and faster. The App often freezes, and it becomes frustrating to use.

Wonderful resort with top services

Very friendly people, very good food and drinks, beautiful beach. Excellent services at pool and at the beach. Thanks to Mr Ravin that was extremely friendly with our group but also the rest of the team was amazing.

Maybe some more entertainment at pool in the day and at night was better.

Excellently maintained and modern property. Staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful who go above and beyond to ensure you have a fantastic stay. Beds are super comfortable and beach is absolutely breathtaking.

Memorable stay at Lux and a great time in Mauritius

This place is really great. Pool is big and not too deep so that kids are safe swimming there. The beach is very smooth and not rocky making swimming there a blast. The facility is well equipped with almost everything. Food is very delicious and available almost at all times. Staff is friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Hema, Wardah, Kaleem, the lady at the concierge (unfortunately I forgot her name) and the staff at the spa for making this a unique experience. We really had a great time at Lux Belle Mare.

The room is our least favorite part of the whole experience. We needed air conditioning at night but it was too cold. The hotel maintenance group had it fixed later on. We had our two kids with us and the sofa/beds were a bit tough and not very comfortable.
