Pleasant

Adequate but nothing too special

Lovely reception area and the rooms have a nice design. Lovely cafe downstairs as well. Staff were quite receptive and would do their best to help with issues.

Had barely any hot water in the room, the kitchen tap had no hot water so to wash dishes we had to boil the kettle and fill up the sink. Shower water was just warm and couldn't get it as warm as would have liked. Stovetop was very difficult to get working and when it did work, it was very slow to heat up and didn't get very hot. The oven (which is a microwave) also was very challenging to figure out even after reading the manual. We stayed 5 nights and room wasn't cleaned once so rubbish built up (from cooking or shopping) and had to go down to reception whenever we needed to ask for fresh amenities such as toilet paper. For the price paid, would have expected better.

Beautiful but too expensive

The bed was so comfortable and the room was beautifully decorated. The view was nice and the location was relatively good.

Bit confusing to get to by foot. Very expensive for what it is.

Comfy and modern but lacking a few small touches.

The property was clean, modern and in a good location in central London. The staff were friendly as well and they accepted our bags before check-in so that we could explore the city early.

The bathroom sink was very tiny and hard to use for washing up. The sink also did not have hot water so it was difficult to wash your face or take off makeup at the end of the day. The other is issue is there is a window in the room but they keep it locked so you are not allowed to open it.

Great staff and fabulous location

The staff were absolutely gorgeous. So helpful and very friendly. Thanks Nat for the chats. The view. We were in room 601. The apartment was well appointed. Cafe downstairs made good coffee.

No opening windows. Tricky to cook with the stove as it shut off if there was too much steam.

Great staff, good location!

The location is great. The view of the river was also one of the plus. Staff is friendly and always available.

The lighting in the room is too dim in winter. The dinning area is especially poorly lit. And we cannot see whats in the cupboard as it was too dark. We needed to shine a light.
