    Cosy and clean, nothings too much for the staff.
    It had lots of character, very clean and warm. Receptionists were polite and very helpful.
    No ramp in so had to carry our cases up the steps.

    the hotel was old still building which I luv and the room was big and art deco style so clean it really was lovely
    I didn't like the fact that my room was down in basement with hardly any day light and no view which was disappointing

    Perfect romantic spot or short stay for a weekend.
    Staff went all out to make my wife's birthday experience the best they could. Helped book flowers in advance and upgraded us to their best room. Location was perfect. 10 min walk from London Bridge Station. Lot's of pubs and eateries within walking distance too. Highly recommend.
    Only thing could've been better... Breakfast Scrambled Eggs. Too runny.
