Ok for an overnighter

Breakfast room of good standard. Worthy of 3 stars. All the staff were very friendly and nice. Though only two spoke English. Pool looked better than expected.

Stinking chemical smell everywhere. Unsure if it's for the rats, bed bugs (a few balconies had all bedding on balcony) or general post covid regime. The 2 rooms booked for family, for us and children were in 2 different buildings. We had expected next to each other. The staff said nothing could be done, even though we offered to pay extra so our children would be with us. However, we also requested to change rooms anyway, as chemical smell was overwhelming in hotel room. Plus room had writing on the walls, magnetic damage to tv, no water pressure, no hot water. The resort was not enclosed by fencing, but open to surrounding streets. No security. We all felt uncomfortable. Questionable visitors accompanying hotel guests. It is on a very busy street, and too much of a long walk to anywhere, especially when it's 36c. The staff did change rooms for us and we were still in two different buildings, but the chemical smell was no longer apparent. We did feel better, though the water pump stopped water on another two occassions. Leaving us with no shower or toilet for some time.

Superb

The breakfast was amazing. The gym was well maintained and serviced with equipment for 5 athletes at any one time. The staff are genuinely special and caring

Its a passable stay. But I wont stay there again.

The room itself. And the swimming pool

Theres a bad smell all around the hotel. The breakfast wasnt that good. The washroom had water clogging issue.

one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. the pictures were completely misleading. Poor entertainment by the entire hotel. the pool area was anything but cozy. The pool was broken in several places. tiles that were loose in the pool. poor breakfast, basically only thai food that was offered. the staff does not know English. full of Indians. apart from breakfast it is not possible to buy anything. hot drinks were available for purchase at the reception. don't go there

The smell of the room is suffocating, few amenities, the furniture's are old and the swimming pool is not so clean and the smell of chlorine is a bit strong.
