Very good

We stayed in deluxe rooms which are spacious and clean. The rooms had all the amenities mentioned. It was a cozy stay. Beach is in 5 mins walking distance from the property. 10- 15 mins distance to other restaurants and titos lane.

I was not a great fan of bongo shacks which is the property restaurant. I was expecting a lot from the previous reviews. Food is expensive but the food is average. At the beach we were not able to relax peacefully as people often come to you to buy stuff and at times force you into buying things.

It was wonderful. I spent some great time with my family. Food was good.

Location of the property was perfect.

Was very cozy, silent and Close to the beach, something different from an hotel. The property has also private part in the beach. Restaurant in the beach is also a 10.

This is between Baga and calngute so location was good , Baga and calngute are super loud and crowded and thi sone was calm

Wifi , This is th eonly thing i would ask to improve as mobile network is not good this becomes more critical

Overall enjoyable

The beach location was just a few steps away. Super accessibility.

The bathroom did not have a place to keep your toothbrush and other toiletries . The room as such was very nice and spacious, just few cosmetic touches would enhance the experience.

Liked nothing, I did not checkin after looking at the property and the manager Austin was rude, arrogant and unprofessional. My advance got wasted as they refused to refund.

Pretty secluded resort with a not so nice vibe. Staying here might kill your experience as the property is mediocre and the staff is just poor. Please note the parking space is too narrow.
