Exceptional

Booked last minute, good rates, would stay there again.

Location was excellent. Staff were friendly. Parking was very good value at 10 for an overnight with direct access to the hotel. Be warned the car park is very tight to get around!

Room was clean and very comfortable, coffee and tea facilities there but was no water supplied in the rooms for the price I expected water in the room but only a minor thing overall very nice and would stay there again

location was excellent

the hotel bar closing before midnight on New Years Eve was extremely disappointing for our whole group and was not expected! NYE was the reason we came to stay in the hotel. there was no water in our room on either night, this was really poor. having to pay for Parking was not expected and disappointing.

Lovely trip to Galway with family

Great location. Good sized rooms. Clean and comfortable. Nice bar. Breakfast items quickly replenished.

Hotel restaurant was closed in the evening although they did provide a good service in the bar. The bar closed quite early compared to other bars nearby. Breakfast items not as extensive as shown on the menu.
