The Lighting was amazing and the room was spacious, and clea and the decor was beautiful!

Breakfast was the worst I've had in a long time at a hotel. Most of the main item were empty all the time. The eggs, sausage, and biscuits were continually empty and they also ran out of bread and milk! no peanut butter. As soon as they refilled the few items they were all snatched up immediately and then we had to wait another 10 minutes before it was partially refilled. Pathetic, Especially running out of milk

Satisfied but Needs Improvement

Easy to check in without any hassles.

I asked for washcloths when the maid service lady came and she gave me a towel for the floor and said, " five more minutes for the wash clothes," needless to say I never received any. The only other complaint I have is the trash cans didn't have any liners. I've never been to a hotel and the trash cans didn't have liners . Not having trash liners are unsanitary and unclean. All that I just mentioned can be rectified.

The room smelled terrible, funky rotten smell. It was also not possible to open the window to ventilate the room. Even for a one night stay it was very unpleasant.

Great hotel to stay in if you are passing through Houston.

I liked the cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of the property. The rooms were very nice and the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was very bland. There was not a whole lot of variety and there was no food left 20 minutes before 9am. The coffee cups were too small. The dryer in the second floor did not work and the maintenance guy, Ray, was not too happy to assist me.

Because I chose to pay at the property they didnt actually reserve the room I booked. I was told at check in they no longer had the 2 queen beds and pull out sofa that I had requested months in advance. Instead my girls had to share one of the queen beds. While we made it work, it wasnt ideal.

I was VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED at the events that took place. I called Booking to speak to a live representative.

The room was clean and the staff were courteous.

There was a shootout at the hotel where 1 person was shot. We were told to stay inside the building. It was my birthday I came all the way from Fayetteville, North Carolina to celebrate my birthday and didnt enjoy it at all. We were afraid to leave the property in fear that the shooter/shooters were still around. Very very disappointed nervous and scared.
