The location is great not far from the Lake and there are lots of restaurant options very close to the hotel. Breakfast was very good - eggs and local dishes cooked to order. The hotel has a roof top bar which had a great view. All the staff were engaged and would like to say that Jimmy and Jenny at reception did a great job

Customer service at its finest! We were highly impressed by everyone from the door man, maid service, front lobby staff, and specifically Jenny who always made sure we were taken care of. You don't get this kind of quality service even from higher end hotels. Amazing work!

Loved it all! The staff, breakfast, location and spa.

We loved everything!! Jimmy and his team were really helpful, booking everything for us. We had amazing massages, comfy beds and the location was great. It was a just a great start to our Vietnam holiday.

A great hotel to stay in Hanoi and good staff to help make your holiday memorable

The location is very central to town and service by Jimmy was exceptional to make it a wonderful holiday for my family. It is a great hotel to stay and relax, the hotel staff are amazing and go out of the way to book your travel to Hai Long Bay.
