The Kowloon Shangri-La in Hong Kong receives high praise for its excellent service and hospitality. Guests are impressed with the great attention to detail and the comfortable atmosphere provided by (Read More)the staff. The hotel's location near the MRT station is convenient and there are nearby amenities such as a convenient store and pharmacy. However, some guests found the rooms to be slightly outdated and the bed mattress worn out. The buffet dinner was also disappointing in terms of food choices. Overall, it is considered the best hotel in Hong Kong.

Room with harbour view was beautiful. We appreciated the help of the concierge staff when departing on 31st December with roadblocks by the police due to New Years Eve celebrations. They really walked the extra mile (literally!) to find a taxi.

I stayed 6 days, so any little irritations or odd smells or noise would have become unbearable. So this was a great choi

My bedroom was enormous. Twice the size of a much more expensive room I had been in the previous week. There was direct access to the bridge to the promenade, crossing a busy road.

Superb and outstanding

What an absolutely amazing hotel with wonderful staff. The hotel was superb, clean with outstanding service. Location is also great as everything is near by or less than 30min in a taxi. Great for families. The atmosphere over Christmas was truly wonderful
