Excellent resort to stay !

Excellent resort with many complimentary activities like use of boat, yoga and small kids area !

A little far from actual Alleppey day houseboat , it takes one hour to reach there. Breakfast could be improved.

peaceful and relaxing!

this hotel was a perfect way to end our stay, we loved the chill vibe and all the activities included in the stay such as the backwater cruise and the pedalo and others activities. The food was delicious, and the view is really peaceful, the sunrise was beautiful ! They can arrange taxi transfers as well. The outside shower was a good suprise within the room as well.

Absolute perfection and picturesque. Incredbile food and staff.

Staff were AMAZING. incredibly friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant is also AMAZING. some of the most memorable meals we had in India ;) Kitchen staff are so kind. I am vegan, and they completely accommodated me :) The resort is beautiful, picturesque and serene. I would go back here again in the future

Very relaxing place to stay!

Kondai Lip was our first location in Kerala. Our luggage was lost during the flight and we came only with our minimal hand luggage. Despite this, we felt great here. We were taken care of, the staff helped us with contacting the airport, so we could really relax there. There are a lot of possibilities for spending time there. You can take a boat cruise, go for a canoeing trip or visit the nearest beach by riksha. The food is absolutely amazing and the kitchen crew is fantastic. Special thanks to the hotel driver, Rajesh, who was driving us patiently when we were trying to buy some clothing. That had to be an exhausting experience :). And don't forget the views - it's so beautiful there...

Cottage we stayed in very beautiful with first class facilities with a Very comfortable bed and lovely views across the lake Staff very helpful and accommodating as we had to change the date of our stay also food very nice

What a fabulous location to get out for a short stay near the Kerala backwaters. The staff were absolutely fabulous and the cabin was excellent also. Included in the price was lunch (almost anything from their menu) and breakfast.
