Checking out Pattaya

Big and comfy rooms. Good swimming pool.

Very bad towels,torn and frayed. Small breakfast selection. As part of our 40th Wedding anniversary Pattaya was one stop on our 5 week itinerary .Our 7th visit to Thailand since 2014.We prefer double rooms but was offered twin room and only a double room as a cost upgrade. So I just push the to beds together and the next morning the cleaning staff just made us a king size !! Happy. Some times front office staff fails to see the whole picture.

Location is far from the Beach and not service details for car or any facilities, no belt boy service for helping. "Room" is OK, but "Pool" is ro small not same in pictures

Please additional for car service from Hotel to the beach becasue it so far from the street, and about service of luggage should have when customer check-in and check-out. Room rate is so high not reasonable price for your location.

there were no chairs on the balcony

The eggs at the breakfast buffet were cold. There was no bacon, and the toaster was not working very well.

Nothing

The hotel was very dirty and they took money for 2 night 4 rooms and when we went into the rooms we found them really dirty and smelly so we went back to reception to cancel our stay and they wouldnt let us. We told them you can charge us for 1 night and get the money for the other night back and they wouldnt let. So you kept the money and we went and stayed at a different hotel
