Good location, friendly staff, but time to change/upgrade the bedding and cleaning

I stayed in this hotel totally 11 nights for this trip. Location is good, close to MTR station. The hotel is close to all amenities but not right in the centre of Hong Kong therefore the hotel rooms are big and comfortables.

The king bed in my room is sagging, not comfortable. I have been switching from the right side to the left side and then back to the middle of the bed when I slept. Carpiet is dirty in the room and shower area has not been cleaned properly.

Heavenly hotel

The best hotel we have ever stayed in. Views are magnificient, facilities out of this world, location ideal, staff exceptional. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Hong Kong

We certainly had a Kerry

Room was fantastic and Angie at reception took good care of us by giving us a rest room as our flight had arrived very early. The room had a great view of the harbour. A little way off from the central point as we had to use the Uber very often to go the the main attractions. Breakfast had a huge spread which catered to all tastes. Go early as it tendered to get busy from 9am.

The lobby lounge could have closed a little later since it was the festive period.

Clean and advanced facilities, such as swimming pool, gym, sauna

Most of the staff in the hotel are helpful. However, the staff at the front gate always quite busy, helped with the luggages and pushchairs occasionally, the accessible path for pushchairs is not visible, and the staff is not telling you where it is.
