Superb Christmas stay. One for the memory books

- Staff were helpful throughout our stay - Hotel grounds and facilities were excellent (particularly the pool) - The stay was smooth and everything was above expectations - The rooms were large, clean and comfortable - Breakfast was delightful - Christmas crackers were much appreciated

Excellent five star experience

The winter garden is a stunning space, and the building is a great piece of Victorian architecture in general. The team made our stay very special, and the location is a fantastic base to explore London.

The part path/part taxi drop off point at the front of the hotel caught me by surprise!

I love the Landmark. An exceptional hotel in London with excellent food and great staff

Great Pub at basement of Hotel with excellent food and great staff. Champagne bar at top was really cool. Reception was very efficient and had breakfast in room which was fantastic. Overall an excellent Hotel and have stayed here many times. Great location also.
