Despite being in (Read More) the red light district, the hotel is quiet and offers no disturbance. The biggest downside is the lack of soundproofing and noisy hotel guests. The location is okay, but public transport is required to reach interesting places. Overall, it is a good budget hotel with spacious and clean rooms for families.

Crack in toilet wall with insects

Close to bus stops and food places and 711

There is no divider between toilet seat/basin and shower area so if you take a shower then the entire bathroom floor gets wet. There was a crack in the bathroom wall which had big ants or other bugs crawling in and out of.

There were insects in our room (either small cockroach or small beetles, I couldnt tell but I squashed them with my sandals).

Superb

Room was comfortable enough for 3 people. Has 7E right in front. Bus station is just 3 minutes walk. Receptionist was helpful when I asked bunch of questions. Overall would book this place again.

The smell of the hallway was musty.

It was a really nice stay and would consider staying here again in the future.

We stayed at a triple room and the room itself is quite small. Even though it is small, its clean and comfortable. The staff was also very nice and friendly with our requests. Even though we did not leave a make-up room notice outside, the staff still arranged the room and replaced the towels for us when we were outside. They also allowed us to leave our luggage at the lobby after checking out. They also provided basic toiletries and coffee and tea packets everyday for use.

The tv can be improved as you cannot access youtube or anything and it mostly relies on satellite channels. The ladder going up to the upper bed can also be improved by installing rubber grips on the steps to make it much comfortable and easier going up and down. The location of the hotel is quite far from Aljunied so best way to commute is to use the bus. Bus stop is around 3 minutes walk from hotel.

Poor

Singapore is great, but this hotel was our worse part of the experience.

A lotnof restaurants nearby - thats actually only plus I can think of

Hotel is close to brothels, but thats not a minus - you dont see them, its just an observation. Rooms are small and it literally stinks mould in the toilet and from the fridge. We woke up with headaches. Duvet was washed but still old dirty.
