Our Vietnam trip arranged through Tinna and Freeze my trip was very well organized. Tinna was extremely helpful, flexible with our schedule, and always available to answer questions at any time. Becau (Read More)se of her support, our journey was smooth and enjoyable.
Danang was an awesome city filled with adventure.
Hanoi tour and the free time for night market shopping went very well.
Sapa is truly a beautiful place with breathtaking views.
Overall, the whole trip went well and we are very happy with the arrangements.
However, we would like to share one concern about Day 2 at Cham Islands. The experience was disappointing due to lack of proper guidance from the local guide. Lunch was not served properly compared to other groups, and even water was not provided despite requesting twice. This made the entire day uncomfortable and left us with a bad impression.
Apart from that, everything else was very well planned and executed. We sincerely thank Tinna and the Freeze my trip agency for making our Vietnam trip memorable.

Service was average and needs lots of transparency at travel agents end.
The trip itinerary should be made as per requirement with all disclosure so that the client choose accordingly.The package charges were for premium section and service provided specially for planned places were poor.
