Very expensive for service as a good motel.

Window view, good location

This hotel inside looks like a regular motel and not a regular Hyatt, (who often stay in the real "Hyatt" will understand me) It is very old, furniture look like from garbage, there are not any activities even New Year eve. Not a convenience parking, only Vallet, it's very expensive and needs wait an hour to get your car. No one time more, in this it's like "Hyatt".

basically I would not recommend this hotel for the pricing for a room to be $400 and for the rooms to look the way they

what I like about the property is how put together it looks. You can't tell that it's a really dingy place just by looking at it you can really only tell by staying there like the hotel is dingy my hotel room is dingy.

for one my hotel room had bathroom stains in the tub I did not enjoy showering AT ALL. and secondly, my phone for room service wasn't working so I couldn't even get room service the way I wanted it I tried to call the concierge and nobody answered the phone.

I would not stay at this property again.

The room key wouldnt open the door. We had to go back 3 times and the front desk didnt do anything until the 3rd she called maintenance. We waited 20min for them and they didnt show up. At the end we had to request another room. And she was mad due to the fact that we requested another room.

Staff was rude and wouldnt listen

HOW THEY ASK WHAT TIME WAS I GETTING THERE JUST SO TELLME BECAUSE IM 2 HOURS LATE DUE TO COMING FROM A DIFFERENT STATE THEY GAVE MY ROOM UP.... AND I RESERVED IT
