Sweet experience, sour after-sales service and waiting time

The Hotel is Located close to the subway it has a beautiful swimming pool and a well equipped gym. Breakfast is good and has a lot of hot and cold varieties for any kind of tastes, the lounge service its amazing and offers many food and drinks options. Although I specifically request a big bed before checking inn they gave me a room with two beds, I was travelling with my partner for our anniversary and was not convenient. Luckily at the reception Mr Andy and other staff were more than understandable and managed to change my room for the last 2 nights of the trip.

For checking in the hotel asks for a deposit, it is a normal practice in this industry but please AVOID GOING TO THIS HOTEL they kept my deposit of 500usd for over a month, I was travelling around China and because of this limitation I couldn't use my card for paying other hotels or tours. I'm sure if someone answer this message from the hotel will say it's a "bank problem" because they take time to process the operation, DO NOT BELIEVE THIS. For taking the deposit its only a few seconds but to gave back the funds takes more than ONE MONTH!! The property needs to review this and also the after sales service number where is no connection with the real hotel.

A beautiful stay in Hong Kong

Gives me a relaxing environment to take care of myself when I really needed. The staff are kind and patience. On my birthday, I got gift and a beautiful cake, very considerate of them to sing me a happy birthday song with the cake at 11pm, knowing that I will be out in the evening. The facilities are exceptional, clean environment, especially a gym with a spectacular view of Hong Kong. I enjoyed the stay, it brings me peace staying at this hotel for a week. I appreciate everything.

Modern hotel, bad check-in experience

Modern hotel with good location near to northpoint mrt station

We booked three rooms and even though it was already 4pm, only one room was available. We understand that these things sometimes happen, but when we said check-in time should be three, front desk staff sarcastically said "oh you can check-in and pay first (just that the rooms not available yet)" The entrance lobby faces a wet market/refuse center

View from the room was good.

The room was sold to me as one for 3 adults and 1 child but the room was really small. The room was suited for two adults at best. Ther service was really slow and could have been lot better though the Manager Cody was considerate and professional and helped us.
