Superb

Comfort, convenient & reasonable

Room was spacious (my little ones enjoyed the extra space so they can run around :)) As we stayed on the back side of the building, elevators at both the front & rear of the building makes it easier & accessible to move in/out with a little one on the stroller. Location is 5-star - literally every decent restaurant in Cliftonhill is within a few mins walking distance. Wifi even limit to 5mbps i think the youtube streaming works fine for my kids.

Even room cleaning service was not covered in the rental base price & you've to pay extra ( I think $25ish /day) imho it should be considered to have it included in the base price as its always been in all the other hotels I have stayed earlier in Niagara falls region. idk if this something new. & yeah maybe a bigger tv screen :) & maybe a smart tv so we can connect youtube etc.

Great location, clean room and very comfy beds

Location was excellent, lots of restaurants and amenities walking.

I wish they would provide breakfast. Dennys is across the street, as well as Starbucks though.

Location, price was ok

Was looking forward to the pool and hot tub, however we were unable to stay long, our eyes and throat were burning from the fumes. We reported this, and staff just said the pool has been busy ?

Disappointing

I have stayed twice and will never be back.

Parking

One roll of toilet paper, not enough towels. Tissue box was empty. Not enough cups. Only two coffees. TV didn't work Got no sleep people partying all night playing loud music. Shouting and running up and down hallway all night long for both nights.

The view and the bathroom was cold and the room was not getting warmer although the temperature was turned up to 80f. The toilet water pressure was an issue, you had to flush a few times.

Staff very friendly, fast check in and check out but very old hotel not worth the price. I would not stay again at this

Within walking distance of everything. You arrive park and no need to drive anymore.

The carpets are very old so smells funny and dont look clean maybe because it is old. The AC system also super old it took sometime to figure it out how to manage the temperature in the room. The pillow also smelled funny. The location is very good but the noises coming from the avenue and the parking in lot at the side of the property ruined my night sleep.

The beds were not comfortable, the tv didnt work properly. Weed smell was coming trough our vent from people smoking outside our room terrible thing to smell when your trying to sleep.

The property is in in an excellent location . Walking distance to every thing restaurant s the falls . The rooms are comfortable and clean. And it had a hot tub and indoor pool .

The pool was cold I think it could be wormer. The bathroom could use a bit of updating.
