Very helpful host, Dan. Large bedroom and very comfortable bed. Substantial breakfast. Highly recommended.

The house itself is nice and in a very nice street (not all streets are nice!). There is no traffic noise - in fact you can just hear the American Falls from the bedroom at night! We walked to the Falls and back, including right over to Horseshoe Falls (although that might be too far for some folks, who might need a taxi/Uber/car).

No issues.

A wonderful place to get pampered and feel really taken care of in each and every way!

Truly exceptional B&B with lovely hosts, a family-type atmosphere, comfortable beds and delicious breakfast!! Basically everything around Niagara Falls is within walking distance, but the neighborhood itself very quiet and peaceful. Loved the cozy porch and complimentary fruit/snacks.

Due to the old wiring in the house, the lights are basically on 24/7 which isn't terribly environmentally friendly, but can't seem to be helped (for now) due to the historic status of the building.....

Clean comfortable safe oasis at Niagra falls

You cant fault this place. Dan and Jamie are very welcoming, the property has a website with all you need to know about anything local. Loved this 1910 building with its original features and gorgeous wooden floors. Its all old, but has been well renovated to make it todays standard of comfortable. Location 2 blocks from the river in a quiet road, on road free safe parking, see my photo. Comfortable bed Powerful shower over the bath Soft fluffy towels Spotlessly clean Coffee tea fruit always available Awesome 2 course breakfast served at 08:30 with the other guests (theres 4 rooms), so lovely to chat with other travellers. CHILD FREE ZONE, so blissful peaceful.

Breakfast was superb. The hosts are helpful and responsive. The house is lovely.

A few areas have not been dusted or vacuumed for a long time, probably not a problem if you don't have allergies.

Jamie and Dan were extremely hospitable! We had to depart early on our last morning and a "to go" breakfast was prepared. Above and beyond!

This is a MUST SEE and a MUST STAY! We loved everything about our stay a The Butler House!!!

The welcoming feeling, we felt right away when we arrived. Dan gave us lots of great info about the B&B and also things to do in the area. Our room was pristine, with lots of absolutely adorable touches. We knew if there was anything we were lacking Dan and Jamie would accommodate. The breakfasts were AMAZING! We had a great time meeting and talking with the other guests during our meal. And the best part was I accidentally left a gift for my granddaughter there. However, Jamie had found it in our room, packaged it up and we got it just days later after coming home! Now that is great service!!! My granddaughter was very happy! Just can't say enough good things about The Butler House....we will definitely be back!!!
