Home away from home

From I walked in the hotel was very inviting it was very clean the staff was very attentive to us.

I was just a bit disappointed that we weren't able to have reservations on site for the Keg only late sittings were available. We had to go to the Embassy suite restaurant instead.

The room was big, clean, and comfortable. Had a great view. The staff were friendly as well as other guests. The kids loved the pool.

There is no microwave in the room or table and chairs.

Great room and location

Great room, great location and great amenities. Convenient to walk to main strip and to the Falls. Beds were super comfy!

Having to pay $23 for parking when it's just an outside carpark is a bit excessive.

Although hotel was under renovations, location and room was great.

Spacious and clean room. Great location for many attractions and food.

Didn't realize the property was under major renovations when I booked it. Many amenities were not available and the entry to the hotel felt like a back entrance.

Beds are very uncomfortable, pillows are really stuffed and you cannot flatten them unfortunately. Odd sink location out of the bathroom room itself and you have to step into the "sink" area to see yourself in the mirror. Floor is shared with a closet - hence dirty shoes and feet. Parking was ok, open lot. Walking distance to fun areas.
