Simply excellent and excellent value for money.
Everything is excellent; breakfast was very good; complimentary coffees in room as well as in the reception/lobby is very good; simply value for money!!!
Though small amount but I am not used to with security deposit; whole industrialized mainland Europe accept probably Switzerland, Ii never have to give security deposit; only in Australia I had to give/allow.

We usually stay at the Marriott hotels but were pleasantly surprised with the Hampton Inn.
We ended up staying for New Years and liked the location because it was close to the casino. Luckily the weather was not too cold and we were able to walk over. The room was clean and the shower worked properly. Unfortunately, we didn't make it up for breakfast which was included with the room. The staff people were very friendly and accommodating.
The parking was a little inconvenient for our friends who were also staying there. They did not find a spot on their return from the casino. Would have enjoyed a better view but we were not in the room for too long. The price for one night was a tad high, but I'm guessing it was because of the New Years Eve celebrations.

This Hampton Inn is a great place to stay when visiting Niagara Falls!
This hotel was clean and the staff were very efficient and friendly. The breakfast was good- lots of choices. Location was very convenient to attractions and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

I will include the Hampton Inn as a possible lodging when I travel to Niagara Falls.
The facility overall exuded cleanliness and comfort. There was no evident dirt nor smell .
Not all promised amenities were available , including a functioning safe.
