Friendly staff.. comfy room

They didn't know that i pre booked or made a reservation from Booking.com.. they said nothing in their system.. good thing the front clerk was kind enough to give us a room on the spot.

Stay was good except for the noises from the adjoining room and the washroom fan that did not work.

Proximity to Niagara Falls is excellent. The bed was comfortable.

The room had an adjoining door to another room and the noises from the adjoining room were quite loud. You could hear everything that was being said in the adjoining room and we could hear the TV from the adjoining room. The washroom fan did not work and it became quite humid when using the shower.

Very good

A great couple of days with my niece and daughter.

The location was amazing. The front desk was great. Even though you cannot see the Falls from the hotel, you can see the water rushing. Its was a really great stay.
