The Vittoria Hotel & Suites in Niagara Falls offers a great location with fantastic views of the falls and nearby attractions. Although renovations were taking place during some stays, they did not s (Read More)ignificantly impact the overall experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and modern. Some amenities, such as the pool and spa, were closed due to reservations. Parking options varied in price but were available nearby. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable stay and is recommended for its location and cleanliness.

Good enough but could have been better.

Great location with many restaurant options. Right near the skywheel and all the entertainment options.

The room could have been cleaner. The towels were tiny. Only 1 of our 2 beds were made up when we returned from our day and they took our 4 towels but only replaced them with 3. Need to train the cleaning staff better.

Pleasant

It's pretty close to everything in the tourist spot. The staffs were friendly and the room was comfortable.

The pool and gym were closed during our stay. We would have appreciated the stay if we weren't assigned at the 3rd floor, booked this hotel for the amenities and overlooking view that was promised as advertised but unfortunately it wasnt.

There no pool or restaurant in the facility. The couches in the lobby need to be clean.

Book for the pool and restaurant. Traveling with kids during winter.

Dirty sheets (visible stains on both top and bottom sheets), water bottles that were complimentary were open and half drank by previous guests and not changed.

Superb

Had a fab stay, great location, clean rooms and friendly staff

Great room. More coffee, milk and tea would be good as there was 4-5 of us.. but was a great stay

Liked everything . Could do with plug socket on both sides of bed and maybe a Bluetooth speaker? Really great room though

Excelente location, nice place to stay with family

All facilities were very accurate to the listing. Staff was very helpful and polite. Location is excellent considering it is walking distance to most the attractions.

To Hotel was under construction. Although it was informed previous by the hotel. No problem since we were informed but would love to try the pool and restaurant.

Good Stay & friendly staff as always!

The location!!!! The staff also being very accomodating in regards to my request of having the view of the falls for my children to watch the 8pm fireworks. Also, the check in staff(Dec 30-evening) was very friendly and helpful. Also, Dwayne was helpful in creating a parking spot at the hotel as all spots were taken :) This is my second stay. Will come again.

The sink being clogged. My husband and I didn't notice until we came back to the hotel later that evening. Every time you needed to wash your hands the water would back up and slowly drain out. We ended up just using the shower area the brush our teeth and wash our hands. We didn't inform the staff until checkout as we have young kids and didn't want to deal with the hassle of maintenace entering our room to fix the issue so late at night. We only stayed one night. Pretty sure the person who cleaned the room before we checked in had to of noticed this issue if they used the sink to clean that it was backing up.
