The Best Western Plus Cairn Croft Hotel is a great family getaway option with a pool, play structure, and arcade that kids will enjoy. The hotel can be noisy, especially in the lower level courtyard (Read More)rooms, but upper level rooms may offer a quieter stay. The beds are comfortable, but the bathrooms need updating. The hotel staff, particularly Mike and David, provide excellent customer service. The hotel is clean, with a well-maintained pool area and ample parking. The courtyard rooms provide a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, it is a recommended hotel with good amenities and a convenient location.

Hot and crowded

Pool and hot tubs were a good size for the kids. The location was good, a quick drive to touristy things.

Nobody cared that there was about double the people in the pool than rules stated, power went out and when I went to the front desk they acted like I was dumb for mentioning it. The thermostat in our room was broken, and the solution given by staff was to open the door..which opened motel style, out to the parking lot. When I asked for our breakfast coupons the lady was really rude and accused me of already having them, but the lady the day before didn't give them to us. Wifi went out for like 15+ hours making planning meals and events difficult as we had to go out to find wifi to do so. Very unimpressed with the experience.

Wifi outages during my stay But was reimbursed for my inconvenience Hot water changed temperatures and squeaky pipes were annoying during showers.

That there no where to eat within the hotel . They have a pub right next door but it was closed for New Years Eve . I would have been great to have maybe some snacks or fast food type of options even at the bar they have in the courtyard

The pool rooms are nice as well!

Too many kids stayed for a tournament I believeand they were running around in the hallways after 11pm..very loud Pillows were terrible Some staff didnt allow us to play music but allowed others to play theres?

We will be back in the summer! And highly recommended!

Love the pool area nice and cozy. The pool bar was a plus, you can have a drink and relax. Arcade was great for the kids. The restaurant has an amazing foods. Great place for family get away, everything you need its within the area.

No complaint.

The room we had the toilet wasnt working we had a guy come in twice for him to fix it after the second time still wasnt fixed didnt bother calling down cause it was late so we had to listen to the toilet running the rest of the night
