Staff awesome, location perfect, room with sitting room was great - highly recommend

Staff were super awesome - friendly and caring. They even put a calf/foot massager machine in our room - which was fun! Location is perfect - short walk to all of our top highlights. Room was excellent - we particularly liked the little sitting area which is so much nicer than having to sit on a bed all the time. We loved our stay at Suva Palace a highly recommend.

Superb

Great location, very good staff, surprisingly good choice of breakfast and decent rooms. The check in and check out were handled quickly and professionally and requests were quickly complied. Great budget business hotel.

The AC was not functioning well and the breakfast area needs to be larger.. given how well the hotel is doing. Different guests had to share tables.

Well situated hotel

The hotel is well situated in Colaba near the Gateway of India. However Uber drivers did have some problem to locate the hotel. Most of the staff are helpful and friendly.

The front desk staff once called late in the night after 9:30 pm to find out if I was happy with service. Who does a survey so late in the night?? I was sleeping at this time and after the call, I couldn't sleep. Another time, they called a few times to ask when I was checking out. The check-out time is noon and I had an early morning flight, so I had paid for the full night even if I was leaving around midnight. Technically I was entitled to stay till noon the next day. I can't understand why they were annoying me about this. Do they resell the rooms to other customers??

Great hotel, clean and spacious rooms in a fantastic central location. Would recommend.

Loved this hotel - great location in the main heart of Mumbai, very clean room and very helpful hotel staff who arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport and were very helpful with any queries we had. Gave us a great first impression to Mumbai and India. Would recommend for its great location, good sized room, cleanliness and helpful and friendly hotel staff.
