Very good

Location could no0t be better as we wanted to be able to talk everywhere. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood.

Decor is not to my taste. Too modern!

Friendly staff! Great central location! Clean and roomy accommodations.

The friendly and very helpful staff. Room is comfortable and roomy for 2 adults and 2 kids. Cant beat the location! So close to Pantheon and Piazza Navona.

The location is excellent, at walking distance to main attractions. The room was very comfortable and the noise from the street is not an issue. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clients should be informed that the registration desk is located on the second floor and that there are some steps. Luckily the elevator was there otherwise I doubt we could have carried The buffet was very small (2 small tables in a tiny room) and the selection of food was very limited .. the bread should be fresh. We avoided the buffet 3 times and preferred to have breakfast elsewhere

Very central, close to everything (piazza navona and trevi) and 15-20min walk from to every tourist attraction, very friendly staff (except for one of them very passive aggressive), clean room, smaller than picture but still great. Room was quiet. Good heating and had hot water. The lady working there was very polite and very helpful to guide us with ideas.

The unnecessary attitude of one staff member duringcheck out. We had a very early check out due to our flight (2:30am check out). Called us at 1am to inform us that we need to pay 36 for tourist tax, which was already paid on the first day (mistakenly and not blaming anyone the lady forgot to give us the receipt and because we were also tired from the trip we forgot to ask for it). I informed him we paid, repeatedly twice he said we didn't. I said to him to ask the lady and even told him to check the cameras; he said the lady didnt receive money and didnt even reply about the cameras. When checking out he continued to have an attitude and insisted without listening and that its our fault for not asking for a receipt. Just a little tip to him .... mistakes happen, your passive aggressive attitude doesn't solve things. I want to say thank you to the lady for calling me and saying sorry on his behalf and told me she did remember receiving the money, meaning he lied about asking her. Excluding him it's 10/10 overall.

central and very large family room

the room didnt feel secure - the lock was flimsy, there was no deadlock on the door and it was effectively open to the street (ie someone could enter, walk the first flight of stairs and kick the door in) when traveling with family this is always on your mind. from inspecting the door multiple locks look to have been installed and reinstalled and it made one wonder if the door had been kicked in or an issue previously - ultimately it was all safe but this consideration overshadowed some of my mood toward the stay
