Its very good location to all good foods and MTR!

There is no power socket inside the toilet for hairdryer usage. The lighting switch is not sensitive.

Too cold and not comfortable

The location is really good and room size is great

The air con of my room was colder than 10 degree evem though i set it as 30 degrees. I called the front desk to check what is wrong but no one wants to come up to check or change my room. The lighting is too dim to do any makeup.

Disappointing

Location was ok.

Disappointed that our room cards/keys were all blocked in the morning before our check out time at 12pm. It was difficult for us to get in and out of our rooms. Rooms werent clean. They didnt refill our body wash/shampoo. (I dont have to keep asking for refill because I paid for the rooms, hotels should have their initiative to check). No slippers refill, had to keep asking. Towels also had to keep asking for extras. Staff were not happy when we asked for 2-3 extra bottles of water daily. (Its complimentary with our rooms - its not like we ask for 10-20 bottles)

Very good

Overall, quite pleased with our stay

The room was bigger than expected, considering the location. Convenient for MTR and local amenities. We enjoyed going to the Eaton food hall, which was less than 5 mins away.

It may have been our room only, but we found the toilet quite awkward and positioned close to the bathtub. Walls and carpet showing signs of wear and tear.

Very good

They should provide instructions on how to use the remote for the TV as the remote is different from our home ones. Just to adjust the volume already takes me so long and I need to ask them how.

Because the hotel is located inside a lane so they should have put some advert or signs outside to let their customer know at which lane should turn in.
