It awesome experience stayed in the center of the city .

Impressed by just looking at the room ambience...very clean and well maintained.very good staff and service....I should not miss to tell about the curry work restaurant in the same building ...couldn't try any other restaurants after eating here and we ended up all 2 days eating there....

Room was neat and clean.

We have to call reception and get whatever we needed. Basic necessity like tissue paper, plate and spoon was not available in the room. Car parking area was stinking and not clean. Entry to car parking was very congested.

Will never book through booking.com

Location was good. And the auto driver who dropped me in the morning said when there are so many hotels in manglore why have you booked here... And that made the worst expectation...

I made the booking and paid the full amount through gpay. And during the checkin the receptionist denied the room. Asked for the reason and he said the payment is not recieved. I showed him the booking confirmation but still he denied the room. And had to pay extra to get the room since it was early morning as I booked it for early checkin. And during the checkout I had to pay again since the receptionist still said he didnt get the payment. Its the worst experience that I have gone through from booking.com and Hotel Karuna. I maild to the booking website but no responce on the refund. Called the customer care but not responding. All was in vain. Will never book through booking.com.
