Excellent location. Good value for money.

Location is excellent in the heart of charming Colaba. Amazing view from rooftop terrace. Room was good size for two. Neat and clean with all necessary amenities.

minus side - thin walls. Was disturbed by noice in the morning from Staff preparing for room cleaning.

Great location with view on the Gateway to India, nice restaurants (i.e. Leopold, Mondegar, Food Inn), local market and museums on walking distance. Breakfast is in the rooftop restaurant, where you can also lunch, dine or have a drink with a great view on the bay. Good spot for a few days of discovering Mumbai!

Location was very good and it was good value for money. Quite cleans except bathroom doors.

Had to ask for daily tea coffee and water refill instead of getting it automatically. But they did give when asked.

Location. Rooftop restaurant. Good shower. Comfortable bed and pillows. The sea facing rooms have wonderful views.

Being immediately asked to pay for our stay on arrival,before even going to our rooms. It didn't give a welcoming tone to check in. A minor breakage to a coffee mug was added to the bill, plus taxes! The room was opposite reception and the noise and chatter was very disturbing making sleeping difficult. Breakfast was at extra cost. Unusual for this standard of hotel.

Stayed here before. Boutique hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Great views. Amazing rooftop bar/restaurant.

Great hotel near the Gateway of India

Great location. Staff were helpful and friendly. We particularly liked the rooftop.bar/restaurant with views across the harbour. The hotel would seem to be recently decorated and refitted to a high standard

It could be made clearer that it is above a different (and much less impressive) hotel but our taxi driver found it without a problem. Breakfast was good but a buffet would be preferable I really needed a second cup of coffee,!
