Superb

A very enjoyable stay at a brilliant hotel with friendly and attentive staff!

staff were very attentive. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant was pleasant. The rooftop pool was excellent. Overall ambience of the hotel cannot be faulted.

10 out of 10 rating for all the staffs.

Breakfast was very tasty and good. We rate 10 out 10. Staffs were very nice. We rate 10 out 10.

All funitures are very old and bad. Mattres in very bad shape need to replace. Sheets were not clean enough and stains on it. Mosquitos were all around. Very bad smell ( cigrets, alcohol etc.). Doors / furnitures / mattress / pillows looks likes 1970's and in very poor conditions. Hallways carpets are very dirty and smelly. I realised drinkers book the rooms for few hours and consumes alcohol / cigarett most of the time with their room door left open with loud noise. Unsafe for guests.

The rooms are really nice and spacious. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic with a lot to choose from, they are also very efficient with no waiting even during busy periods. Location is right at the heart of the city.

A bit pricy compared to other hotels in the area.

Good

Good stay location, facilities. Be wary of bugs and hairs in linen. Inattentive staff. Good breaky.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were strangely more responsive to persons appearing caucasian and ignored the rest. The room facilities were good and the bathroom was clean and newly furbished. Towels and linen were clean. Good shower and toiletries.

There were hairs inside our bed sheets. The hotel needs an update. When I lifted the telephone a black scuttling bug crawled out to my disgust. We had to request hand towels and face washers as our room did not have any. One lift did not work. Breakfast staff were not attentive to all customers equally.

Very good

Good stay, perfect location

The location is perfect on MG Road with easy access to metro and even walkable distance to a lot of shops including central mall. Easy access to Canopy Cafe which is right below the hotel. Staff were very welcoming and checked in on us. No delay to answer phone calls, service was not bad. Room was good, good space, facilities, kettle, sofa, cupboard etc. They allowed to keep our luggage for 2 hours after checkout. We requested for an early checkin and it was considered as well.

Maintenance could be better. The washroom tiles were broken on the floor and the counter.
